• Each individual is permitted to hold only one Mekar88 account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or banking details is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow anyone else to use your account, including family members.
• Mekar88 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as platform members.

• All deposits must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit, for identity verification purposes.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 1 to 24 working hours. Delays may occur during peak periods or when document verification is in progress.
• Mekar88 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad or bank statement for verification (KYC) purposes before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM5,000.
• Any attempt to process payments through unauthorized means — including using another person's credit card or transferring funds through a third party — is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Mekar88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once using different accounts is a violation of these terms.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount received. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus, you must place a total of RM2,000 in bets before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The wagering requirement for any bonus must be met within 7 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.

The Mekar88 platform offers a wide range of game categories, including slots, Live Casino, roulette, poker, lottery, badminton betting, football, and live matches. Each category has its own rules that must be followed.

• All slots and casino games on Mekar88 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified. Every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• For Sports Betting including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports — the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Any odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect that bet.

The security of your Mekar88 account is a shared responsibility between you and our platform. You must take the following steps to protect your account:

To keep the Mekar88 platform safe and fair for all members, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to automate gameplay or betting.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software bugs, or game inconsistencies for unfair advantage.
• Colluding across multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Poker and Live Casino games.
• Money laundering through the Mekar88 platform is strictly prohibited. We cooperate fully with authorities in any investigation involving suspicious financial activity.
• Using offensive language, making threats, or harassing other players or Mekar88 staff through any communication channel on the platform.

• Mekar88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or game outcomes.
• The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that it will always be free from errors or disruptions. Mekar88 will make every effort to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot provide an absolute guarantee.
• Mekar88 is not responsible for any taxes, levies, or other charges that may be imposed by the authorities on your winnings. It is the member's responsibility to comply with all applicable tax laws in Malaysia.
• In the event of a dispute, Mekar88's system records are final and take precedence over any other evidence submitted by a member.

• Members may close their own account at any time by contacting Mekar88 support. All eligible balances will be returned within 3–7 business days after the verification process is complete.
• Mekar88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms without prior notice. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will not be refunded.
• Members who close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the account settings section or by contacting our support team. The minimum exclusion period is 30 days.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of RM5 per month. Members will be notified by email before this fee takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Mekar88 platform shall be resolved through the following channels:

• Step one: Contact the Mekar88 support team at support@mekar88.my with full details of your complaint. We will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 5 business days.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may request a review by the Mekar88 senior management team by submitting complete written evidence.
• Mekar88 senior management's decisions on all game- and finance-related disputes are final and binding on both parties.
